Why I started biking: I was first interested in cycling in 2003 after renting a beach cruiser with my sister in south Florida. Soon after that, I purchased my first bicycle and began competing and placing in sprint triathlons in the Central Florida area. I've been unstoppable ever since.
Favorite bike ride: Blood, Sweat, and Gears (but not without my boyfriend)
Greatest accomplishment: 11th place finish in a half-iron man distance triathlon - finishing time of 06:12:32
Dream Bike: Whatever my boyfriend has, but better, lighter, and of course faster with me on it.
Highest recorded 'on-bike' speed/ location: 56 mph - Hogpen Gap, Dahlonega, GA. (lowest speed was 4.5 mph average climbing Brasstown Bald Mountain in Dahlonega, GA)
